I was traveling with my husband & my mother. We had a non-smoking room w/2 queen beds plus sofa. Room was very clean, plenty of amenities & had a very comfortable pillow-top mattress bed. Hotel was quiet unlike many nearby (accd. to other reviews). Included breakfast that was much ahead of most complimentary breakfasts. Besides the usual choices of cereals, bagels, toast, pastries, there were waffles & biscuits with sausage gravy. We ate during the last 30 min. of the allotted breakfast time & someone kept the stations well-stocked. Many places run out of food if you don't eat during the earlier hours. Overall, I am usually pleased with Choice hotels at least at this level. After reading the terrible reviews of most other hotels in the same area, I was very glad I chose this hotel. Only encountered one small problem & that was finding the right temp to set the A/C on so we either weren't too cold or warm.

After reading the other reviews, I almost didn't book this hotel. I'm glad I went ahead and tried it. We had a terrific room with a king bed with a flat panel tv and sofa sleeper, then in a separate room divided by a half wall there was a queen bed with another flat panel tv. Also in the room was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was nice, yet typical for a hot continental breakfast. The pool and hot tub were small but sufficient and the kids enjoyed them.

I have never been treated so horrible anywhere. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and absolutely ignored us for 20 minutes while he finished his personal phone call. When we finally got in our room we had a knock at the door. We opened the door and it was the rude front desk man, he said he needed to search the room to make sure there were no animals in the room. He looked all over the room and bathroom. We felt no sense of privacy in our room. We then spoke to the manager to then be treated even worse by him, we had such a big argument about how rude everyone was that we were literally kicked out of the hotel. In other words don't stay here if you expect to be treated like a human.

We were treated terrible by the staff of this hotel. We were lied to several times about numerous things. My husband and I booked two rooms,one for my in laws and one for my parents, in which we were told we would pay $109 a night. When it came time to check out, my parents paid the $109 and my inlaws paid $109 for two nights and $125 for two nights. When we confronted the manager about the mistake he told us he didnt care what we were told and that he could charge anyone anything he wanted. The entire staff was very rude all weekend. Another employee, Scott, told us that since we had two rooms he would cut us a deal on renting their meeting room. He said he would give it to us for half price. Come to find out, if you even have ONE room there, you automatically get the meeting room for half price. He made us believe we were getting a deal. This place is a total ripoff. I would not recomment this hotel to anyone!! The rooms are very nice, but it is not worth the hassel, and very poor staff!!
