Completely new staff!! The new Asst Mgr, Cindee, is making some major changes. The hotel has a completely different staff, Sam and Jon, and they are professional, courteous, and extremely polite. The rates are the lowest in town and the jacuzzi room is well worth the $130.00! The new staff is doing alot to clean up the hotel and their reputation. Great job people!!
The rooms are cozy and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is good and the choices are many. This hotel is definately improving.

Christmas, 2009. We called to confirm our room, a day in advance. When we arrived, we were told the guests, that were in the room, the day before, had checked out, and there were no housekeeping on duty to clean the room. They did give us two adjoining rooms. Having arrived at a very late hour,(because of filght delays) we were sleeping in. We were awakened at 11:am, and told our room was ready. Arriving at the room, we find most of the lights, not working. (We had an extened stay suite, 2 rooms) Called the deck, and were told, no housekeeping on duty, again. (Christmas 2009) My dad called Corporate HQ, and told them about the problems. When someone came to fix the lighting, we have pictures of them, they were two women, one was drunk, and the other was barefoot, and in her sleepware. The next morning, the lamp didn't work, and the light bulb over the sink, exploded. They brought another lamp, and replaced the bulb. We went to the pool, (6 of us, and only 3 towels.) Call the desk, and were told, we needed to come to the front desk for towels, as there were no housekeeping on duty. We thought we were the guest, not the housekeeping? Next to the last day of our stay, there was no hot water, for morning showers! Went to the front desk, and the manager was on duty. Explained what we had gone through, and she told us if we wanted to check out, we would not be charged for the rooms. We left a day early, This was our Christmas "GRINCH" of 2009. Mybe free rooms, made it better, however, this Motel needs someting they don't have now. Better Management! "Never AGAIN" Stay here at your own risk!

Me and my husband wanted to get away for a couple of days without the kids and decided to stay at the Signature Inn we was very pleased with everything the room service was wonderful the staff was very nice we had no problems with our stay and we will tell people to stay at the Signature Inn.
We have stayed there before and the rooms look much better they have put in new carpet in the halls and it looks really nice.

We planned an anniversary trip to Kokomo and knew the Signature Inn was on the south side of Kokomo, so we made reservations. We were so disappointed! The landscaping was nil...weeds and grass grown up. When we went to the front door, there were rugs outside the front door all rolled up and looked tacky. (hoped the inside was perhaps nicer than the outside). The man who waited on us had a naked lady tatooed up his arm, a "do-rag" on his head and had a "scruffy appearance". He was very unprofessional. Still hoping things would get better, he told us to drive to the back to park. There was an "abandoned car and old rusty trailer" parked in the back. I told my husband I wanted to get my money back and go someplace else, even home if we had to. He wanted to wait until we saw the room. It was "fair", it was wonderful but sufficient. We were celebrating 30 years of marriage and I was so very disappointed in our choice of hotels. I have told others not to go there. There was a door to the swimming pool that wouldn't even close (even though the side said to keep door closed). Needless to say, I was so glad to leave there and will never go back and will tell others about it. BTW, the same man checked us out and still looked "scruffy"..
