We tend to stay at Hampton Inns and were visiting family in Indiana. We chose Hampton Inn in Goshen over the other competitors in the area because of their great reviews. We were very pleased with out experience at the hotel. The staff was excellent, thank you Jennifer for all your help. There was only one problem we encountered. We reviewed the pictures of the hotel's pool/hot tub and everything lookd great. When we arrived that evening and went to get into the hot tub, it was only 90 degrees and was not heating up. We spoke with the maintenance men and they said they had filled it in the morning and it was not up to temperature yet. I checked with the mananger and she said someone was going to "fix" the problem. But by later that evening and in the morning the hot tub was not repaired. I received a call from the night mananger stating she would compensate our rooms in February . We had not planned on coming back to the area in February so to our surprise in the morning our rooms were taken off our bill for not only one night but if we wanted to stay another night they also covered that night. So needless to say we were very pleased with the staff. And yes we will definately stay at the Hampton Inn again. Very clean, very quiet and everything was up to Hampton Inn's standards.

Our only suggesion is that before you book, ask if the hot tub is working and what is the temperature.
