Friendly staff, the rooms were pretty clean. But most importantly there we no bed bug or blood soaked mattresses. Which makes for a good nite sleep

Much better than the Sleep Inn we stayed at the previous night. Very nice staff and an above average continental breakfast. The room had newer carpeting and tile in the entry way but the furniture was very basic and worn and the room was pretty small. Maybe they will update the furnishings soon??? Not a bad place, however as it was very clean.

Great amenities, service and above average continental breakfast! There was a clean swimming pool and small exercise room. Breakfast not only included the usual cold cereals, yogurt and bagels, but also boiled eggs and hot waffles. The staff went out of their way to meet our every need. When you are on the road in Indiana, you will find a great place to stay here in Franklin. This Quality Inn lives up to it's name with like new carpets, very clean and very friendly, service oriented staff - really nice people work here and very helpful. Yes, in a word it's quality. There is a small but very clean heated pool, exercise room with 3 pieces of equipment, a treadmill and eliptical walker. The continental breakfast was one of the best on the roads of the US. A small restaurant is next door. We look forward to staying here on our way back home in about five weeks.
