We had a problem at the hotel our company had booked us in on Wednesday, the 19th. We went searching for an alternate hotel. We happened on the Guest House on Coliseum Blvd. The manager, Hira was on duty at the desk and was so sweet, she showed us a typical room and we were pleasantly surprised at the newness and cleanliness. We asked if she would hold the room on our word until we could call our company and arrange the payment. She was so accomodating. She even came to our room later that evening after we checked in and saw to all our needs (extra coffee and etc.) I would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, friendliness, quality and price.

I stayed here for business and was very impressed, the staff was great, and the room was wonderful, it had a plasma screen tv and the bathroom was extremely nice. It's definitely a place i would stay at again.

I went to Fort Wayne to visit some old friends, and stayed a week at the Gusethouse. It was convenient in that it was not more than 10 minutes away from all the places we wanted to visit - Glenbrook, Jefferson Point, the zoo, and even all the festivities downtown. They gave us a great weekly rate, and great customer service. We had got in kinda late that night, and the conscierge really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable settling in.

I was traveling from South Bend, IN with my family and came across the Hotel with the ease of access from the Freeway. . For the price I paid for the Hotel, It was an Excellent choice. It is near by a Strip Club, but did not have any problems at all. The rooms are in Excellent condition, it seemed they had recently renovated the property with brand new furniture. My kids loved the room, It had 32" Plasama TV, Microwave and Refrigator was a great help. If I am passing by I won't mind staying here again. Also I had checked in with few hotels at the next EXIT but the Prices were more than Doubled.
