Trip advisor in showing an incorrect address and it is not located next to a strip club as reported. A very nice and safe hotel. Correct address is 1313 W. Washington Center Road

I am not sure who is writing these reviews, but really want to focus on those who travel and travel a lot for a perspective of various levels of service and hotel types. My suggestion is to discount those who have few reviews and listen to those who travel a lot.

First of all this is right next to a strip club and is in a very industrial section of town. Easy destination and very convenient off of the interstate. Myself, when I read some of the reviews and then seeing the property, it made me wonder if they had been there at all.

The breakfast was poor at best. A few packaged breakfast items and for someone who is a big eater to not eat anything says a lot.

I explained to the manager my discomfort of the surroundings and he would not let me out of the second day. They were very anxious to answer the phone while helping customers out too. Very poor customer service to not take care of those right in front of you.

The room was decent though, comfortable but small and untidy. The tv did not work right. and noisy halls.

Would not recommend

The Guesthouse was very reasonably priced and the desk employee was very helpful, but overall it was just the basic room and TV. Check in was a little slow for some reason but accurate. The room as fairly clean but things like sink stoppers were MIA for some reason. They have flat screen TV's but with small screens and no HD hook ups. I was only here overnight so I did not experience too much. The same gentleman was working the desk the next morning and hustling to try to keep up with the desk and the breakfast area-no small order. The breakfast area had three doughnuts and a bread sack and not much else. A girl's basketball team came in and looked at it and the coach told them to prepare to hit McDonald's. It is near the freeway so location is OK.

A pleasant surprise...nice clean hotel. I stayed here in March and was very impressed by the service provided. Room size is very good and flat panel TVs...seemed newly renovated.

Breakfast in the morning is also good. Definitely recommended for those traveling on a budget but like features of more "pricier" hotels.
