It's a little hard to find this hotel because of the way the roads are but it's worth getting there. You expect the good amenitites from Hilton Garden Inns and you're not disappointed here. I was here for work but it's so nice to have a good breakfast before heading out. Clean rooms and a free upgrade were my digs for the weekend. The room I had was new, nicely laid out and spacious to the point of me feeling like I was home. Wonderful walkin shower was a treat, just like my own at home. This is a newer hotel and near a place I often work and I'll definitely be going back here each time I go there to work. The staff bend over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect. Great the breakfast buffet, it's worth it. The pantry is great when you get in late, tired and ready to just stay in. Great business room, and exercise opportunities too.

This was one of the best hotel deals I ever had. It was $70 a day after a small rebate and the services offered were unparalleled. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A flat screen tv and free internet. Gym, laundry, Swimming pool and a hot bath. The bed had settings to adjust the firmness. I wasnt expecting that for 70$ a day.

Cons: The only cons that I could think of is that breakfast is not complimentary. Also they charge for drinking water.

But otherwise it was very nice.

When hotel staff go out of their normal day of life to provide exceptional service it is because the hotel management has inspired that type of service expectation and performance into them. Just in passing I mentioned (cheekily) that there is no need for the TV blasting during breakfast at the breakfast room. They did not know who I was. They found out who I was, send me a letter and a card with complimentary breakfast and to my surprise the TV was almost silent the next and the next morning after that. What a difference in having a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a coffee and some very tasty food as well as discuss upcoming issues with colleagues. OUTSTANDING SERVICE by OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.
Hotel rooms are almost all the same all across the continent. What makes a difference is attitude and you have it. Service with an attitude. A good attitude!!!
I do agree with some of the other clients that soundproofing is not what it should be and one can clearly hear conversations going on in the adjoining room. So I did use my ear plugs but that will not stop me from coming back. I will take the service with a smile and try not to listen to the noise next door. I give it 4 out of 5 only because of the building/structural issues and nothing else. Quality and service 5 out of 5 for certain.

First, we are Diamond members, so we travel quite a bit...The appearance of the hotel is quite nice. Staff was friendly enough. Biggest challenge with this property is the lack of sound-proofing. You can hear nearly everything (I do meaneverything) from adjoining rooms; we only got a couple hours of sleep one might due to noise from other rooms and the hallway. Staff does patrol the halls, but it does nothing for in-room noise. The noise issues will keep us from coming back until they invest in sound-proofing.
