Have stayed at many places the last few years and this property was very nice. All the staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant, property and room very clean. I have stayed at different hotels the past 3 years in Schaumburg and would stay here again. Everything was up to date. Price was right.

Having stayed at several Courtyard hotels this year the stay in Schaumburg was a disappointment. My total "reward" as a Silver member was a baggie with 3 Hershey's Kisses. The $11 breakfast was about a $4 value (normally free at other sites). No paper or other "perks". The Internet was slow, then gone, then back. When asked about a local (block away) restaurant for lunch I was given directions. Unfortunately no one ever said it did not serve lunch, so a trip in a drenching rain was a bust. It would have been nice to have had the room vacuumed before I got there, or during my stay. While the stay was OK it was certainly not up to the price-point of the hotel.

First I have to say if your in the area this is a place you must check out. First class service all the way, had an issue between the GM,Denise and everyone else they immediately took care. Kudos to the whole staff. Keep it up.

First of all, the Staff at this hotel is first-rate. They know their business and they are always willing to help to the extent of their abilities.

Secondly, there are many places to eat within a short drive without needing to "blow the budget", even if you're on expense report. The nearby eateries are safe, economical, and good-quality --- whether you're looking for Italian, American, Chineese, or German food.
