Clean and up to date rooms. Convenient to every where I need to go. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One morning I woke up to water coming though the ceiling from a broken pipe in the unit above. Called the front desk manager (Ashley) who fixed the problem and moved me into a nicer unit immediately. Because of this, I missed breakfast but she made other arrangements for me. The full kitchen is very helpful.

Great up to date rooms with plenty of space. Fantastic staff all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and love the mangers reception. I was with them for a couple of months and will be back with them on the next project in the Schaumburg area.

Almost like home.
Well it’s hard to make any place like home but the Schaumburg Residence Inn tries very had to do so. I’ve been staying there for almost a year due to a contract and the Schaumburg Residence Inn ROCKS. A very nice staff dedicated to meet your every need, a clean and quite environment in a great location that is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. What else could you ask for? If you end up staying there, look up Ray in the evenings. He cooks up a mean barbeque. The one bedroom suits are great and private.

My family and I love to come and stay at the Residence Inn, indeed a home away from home! We sure value and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, but foremost the very friendly and service oriented staff who makes their guests feel special!
The Residence Inn features a variety of accomodations, besides a great pool area and fitness center, the comfortable lounge area offers the opportunity to meet and greet with other guests.
Ever since we discovered Residence Inn at Schaumburg, we no longer need to look for a place to call home away from home!

We just held our family reunion at the hotel over Thanksgiving (46 people, three generations, 15 or so rooms). Our entire experience was great!
From reservations to checkout, the staff really did a great job ensuring all our needs were addressed.
We had our own website set up for individual reservations, reserved the meeting room to contain the chaos, and enjoyed having rooms with refrigerators and microwaves for snacking.
The staff let us reheat food, helped us with a overflowing toilet, and dealt with check-in and room changes quickly, friendly, professionally and with great tolerance and assistance (we are NOT an easy customer group).
We would definitely do this again here at this hotel again!
