Looks a little rugged on the outside but the rooms are clean, equipped and beds are very comfortable. Close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. A nice pool and exercise room. The jacuzzi was out of order.

My son and I were in town for a weekend of train watching and the railroad park. The pool was ok
But there was a urine spot on the matress that was still wet. They did change our room. Not sure if the removed the matress. And at night the fire alarm went off and the staff did not seem all to concerned.

Clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff.

We road trip 2-3 times a month. This has to be the worse place we stayed at in a long time. Chose location due to hot tub. Upon arrival, found out it wasn't working, and had been out for a few months. Nothing posted on the web site about it. Angie the desk clerk must be used to this since she did try to find us another hotel close by with a tub. She dialed, no speed numbers, a few with no luck. She even called the manager to see if we could be upgraded to the whirlpool suite, sure, at double the rate we were paying! The room was, lets say not cleaned very well. Left over cheetos on the chair, dried food on the desk, and who knows what on the microwave turntable. At least the bedding and towels were clean. Ground floor room, and the window didn't lock. We were offered a different room, but that window didn't lock either, and since we already cleaned up the food remains, stayed put. Not sure why, but both beds angled downward and inch from the foot to the head. Forget eating the continental breakfast unless you like stale breads, boxed donuts, and petrified jellies. Don't even try to make a waffle. The maker is so pitted the waffle gets stuck. The cloth napkin lining the fruit basket looks like it has been there for months.
