I've stayed here several times while on business in Peoria. The staff is always helpful (although often MIA from the desk area) and the rooms are well appointed, comfortable and quiet. I have had problems during a couple of stays, which were professionally and quickly fixed. On the down side, despite writing this comment on every single survey they have sent me and sharing it with front desk staff at every stay, they do not leave a bill under your door on your check out day, which, while a minor point, is a HUGE inconvenience, causing me to have to leave a bit earlier in order to get a receipt. It seems the MIA from the desk issue is most frequent during the times I need to get my receipt and get on the road to my appointment.
Also on the slightly negative side--the workout facility has only a few machines which appear to be completely taken from 5-7 pm every weekday evening. You have to plan your work out accordingly, but having realized this I've now switched my schedule around and workout in the mornings.
Despite these few small negative comments, I do still stay here from time to time due mostly to the niceness of the rooms and the good nights sleep I always have at this property.

I stayed here for a week. Check-in was easy and employees were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I was surprised that the dishes provided were all dirty and returned to the cabinets. Even the pots and pans were all dirty. I had to run the dish washer upon arrival. Location is convenient and makes all of the Peoria area easily accessible as there is close highway access and War Memorial offers a lot of options (food and shopping). The place was packed but quiet. There were comfortable beds and I slept well. The garbage has to be taken somewhere I could never figure out. There's a sign saying take it to the end of the hall so I walked to the end of 3 hallways on my floor and frustratingly never found it. When I asked the front desk, they said I had to bring it down to the 1st floor. I just left it at the front desk. ??? I feel this place is a little over-priced.

Our one-bedroom suite rocked. It had an open floor plan living room/kitchen so it wasn't claustrophobic. In the living room there was a large LCD television along with a sofabed, coffee table and easy chair. The kitchen had a fullsize fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, and coffee maker. It had decent counter space and storage areas, too. Situated between the kitchen and living room was a large "island" that could be used as a kitchen counter or desk. All plug-ins for a computer were located high on the wall so ya don't have to fumble around on your hands and knees to plug in. I used the wired Internet and it was fast. The separate bedroom had a sit-down vanity area with mirror, large LCD television, closet, and clock radio with iPod plug-in. Only a queen-sized bed though. We saw a couple of propane grills out on the patio and the hotel has a exercise facility too. The hotel is situated off the main road, so it's quiet. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We found that it took less than 15 minutes to get from the hotel to Bradley University/downtown Peoria.

I have stayed at many hotels, but this location is the best in Peoria - the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are wonderful and the location is great next to shopping. I don't want to stay anywhere else!
