This probably isn't really a review, since I never had a chance to see the place! I had made reservations through their 888 number for Memorial Day weekend. I know that the operator had my dates correctly, because she told me I would have to cancel by midnight on May 25 for a May 26 reservation. When I pulled in at 11:30 pm on May 26 they didn't have my reservation and they were totally full!! The person on duty showed me a paper that had me coming in on May 28 and leaving on May 29. I told him to cancel that since that didn't help me at all for May 26 and 27. After returning home, I called the 888 number again and was told I would have to speak to someone in the "Vantage Hospitatlity Group." I then called that number and spoke to someone who told me I would have to put my complaint in writing and either mail, fax or email. I chose email and did that on June 1. I have not heard a word from them ... not even an acknowledgment of my email. Needless to say, I would not be excited about trying to stay there again! The Days Inn (Carbondale, IL) had one room left that night which I was able to get - plus they had an indoor pool - it was a simple ten minute trip down the road so I'd rather do that again!

The manager of the Hotel refuses to give me my money back after I cancelled my booking under the terms of my agreement. I cancelled (2) days before my stay well within the terms of the agreement when to my dismay I found on saturday 10/04/06 morning $92.40 taken from my account. I have tried numerous times to get my money back, but he refuses. I am to the point where I am to prosecute for him taking my money. Do not under any circumstance stay here as they are unscrupulous business people, beware! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

A clean motel with no services. Was formerly a Super 8 and still looks like one. I have stayed there several times. They have non smoking rooms, but they smell like smoke.
