What a disaster. I booked this hotel after seeing some of the other TripAdvisor reviews. Yes, it does appear to be newer and well maintained. However...

I booked a king non-smoking room via the hotel's website, specifically requesting a crib and a room on the first floor (if possible).

Upon arrival, I find we're in a smoking room on the third floor with no crib. I went downstairs to the front desk to see why were put in a smoking room. The clerk didn't know, and after some looking on the computer, decided a call to the manager(s) on duty was in order.

Of course, no manager answered. As it turns out, the front desk clerk told me they had a problem with an air conditioner in another (smoking) room and moved those people into the room we had reserved. Only after the a/c was fixed, they were not moved back -- and we were given the smoking room.

Also of concern, although first half of the third floor was all marked as non-smoking, the hallway reeked of smoke, and you could clearly smell smoke coming from under the doorways of rooms marked as non-smoking.

We have just retruned from our memorial day weekend trip. We studied the review and booked the hotel with a lot of doubts. But it turn out it is a excellent hotel for the price we paid. Rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast is also nice. Highly recommend!

This hotel has to be one of the Nicest Economy Hotels on the Planet! The facility is without exception one of the cleanest hotels I have ever had the priviledge to stay at. We were greeted by very friendly staff, who were also quick to help us in any way they could. Upon arriving at our room, WOW!, very clean and nice. This hotel will be my place to stay any time you are in town.
What a wonderful faccility!
