My family and I stayed one night on December 31st. While the entertainment and the resort were nice, there are a couple of things that made our visit uncomfortable. We requested for our rooms to be joined, which at check-in, they were not able to accommodate us, although there was no one in the next room. We made dinner reservations for our party at 8pm, at one of the restaurants, but when we called a day before we were told we needed to be in a package deal. So we had to scramble to make other reservations at Lindens which had a nice buffet. The problem with that reservation was when we got downstairs; they had to put two tables together for our party (meaning they were not ready for us).
My family enjoyed the bowling alley, and game room, but in order to get to the pool and spa, you needed to walk outside in the cold, so after we went for a swim, and whirlpool, we had to go back out into the cold to get back to the guestrooms (who thought of that setup?)
Overall it was a good experience, but the resort needs to work on the guest accommodations some.
