This is an average hotel in a good location. Hotel staff is uniformly helpful and friendly. Entering the hotel from the attached parking garage provides an extremely poor first impression of the hotel. The garage stairway is dirty, dark and damp and downright creepy. Couple of tips for fellow travelers: When you get to your room and insert the key in the lock, the logical motion is to press the door handle down to open the door. This hotel has upside down door handles. Pull the door handle up to enter your room. The next challenge is finding the light switch for the bathroom. It's hidden behind the bathroom door and concealed underneath the electric cord for the hair dryer. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are dated. Wireless internet is available at no cost. The televisions are 1995 vintage. This hotel is a good value if you can get a rate in the $75-$85 range. Note that parking in the attached garage adds an additional $17 daily to your bill.
