The staff is unbelievably rude and barely speak English. The heater did not work and forget about taking a shower because the water smells terrible. I cannot believe anyone would have anything good to say about this dump, especially the conduct of the front desk people. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!

We had a late check in for this visit and didn't actually walk into this room until after 10:00pm on a Saturday nite. If it had not been so late we would have not stayed. My main issue is the water. The Mgt claim it's because its well water. Any well water I have ever has been around smells like eggs. This water in my fiancée opinion smelled like Wet Dog ! At midnite I'm going to an outside vending machine in 20 degree weather to buy 4 bottles of water to drink and have something to brush our teeth with. It was not good !! I was also told that my room would have a refridge in it and had an empty spot where the fridge might have been ? Another thing that was bad was the towels ! It's like they got washed with a paper towel as little pieces of white lint or paper went every where including Clothes and bodies. I did speak to the General Manager shortly before check out over the phone and let him know that I didn't feel that I should have been charged for the experience. I also mentioned that I was a regular contributor of Trip Advisor and that I had seen that Management had made comments as to caring about other people's concerns and I wanted him to care about my nasty water issue now. The end result was: We'll take off %10 of your stay Sir lol !
Not so much concern afterall ! In short , If you want to smell like wet dog after you shower , This is your Hotel. Too bad, As the room otherwise was large and priced well. But due to the lack of concern from management on customer service issues we won't be back !! Have a great holiday season everyone !

This hotel provides you with a nice place to stay in a good location at a very reasonable price. My room is big and clean and has no problems. It has a coffee maker, a hair dryer and a safe. The furnishings show some light signs of wear, but everything is in good condition. The big TV gets 4 HBOs and 40 other channels. There is a continental breakfast, and the web comes in at 5 MBPS. The ground floor has outside access and the 2nd floor has interior corridors. Close by are a fast food joint, a sub shop and a doughnut shop.
There are some bad points- the towels are like sandpaper, and if you like a soft mattress and pillows you probably won't like what you find here. There's lots of traffic noise from an interstate and 2 busy streets. The water smells horrible, so I recommend bringing your own drinking water. I don't know if this is the municipality's fault or the hotel's. And speaking of smells, the women at the desk haven't discovered deodorant yet.
This hotel is surprisingly cheap considering its proximity to O'Hare, so it's a good place to stay if you're trying to keep expenses down. I couldn't decide if I should give it 3 or 4 stars, but I'm pretty easy-going so I gave it 4. If you're the picky type you may not agree.
