The toilets don't flush! The front desk readily agrees, as they hand you a plunger. It's gross and a huge hassle. The guest restroom in the hallway has been clogged for at least 8 hours now, just as it was clogged most of the day yesterday. Does anyone check?! And elevator smells like death. Corporate needs to give this property some attention.

Convenient location to mall, shopping, and to Olivet. Our room had two comfy beds, a fridge, and clean bathroom. The breakfast was nothing special but nice enough. Overall, a good value. Would definitely stay again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at this charming little out of the way hotel. We travelled to Bourbonnais for a conference and read some of the other reviews about this hotel. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the entire week. The rooms are a little above average, the beds and bedding are terrific. The a/c system was effective and not too noisy as some can be. The pool area was always clean and prepared with towels laid out neatly on all the deck chairs. The continental breakfast is great with the usual items but in addition to those it also always included hot items, including various dishes like; omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, bacon, the ever present waffle maker and more.
All in all we would definitely stay at this hotel again and will not hesitate to recommend this to both friend and stranger alike.

I travel a lot for business and stay in many hotels. I was pleasently suprised by this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and updated. The marble counters in the bathroom are a nice touch exceeding the expectations of a hotel for this price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very complete with lots of options including both eggs and other healthly options. I also liked the additional touches and details that the hotel provides. We also had a sports team of teens staying in the hotel and I was worried about noise through the wall but found the walls very sounds proof. I think a great value and would recommend if looking for a clean, convenient place to stay.
