We decided at the last minute to stay at a hotel and do a park and fly. This place had openings, now we know why. The front desk informed us when we got there that they only make trips to the airport every half hour even during peak times and that the time we needed to leave for the airport, the slots were already full, so we had to leave an hour earlier than expected, so we asked for a wake up call at 4. We didn't get an efficient vibe from the front desk, so we set our phones, which is a good thing because we never got out wake up call. When we asked what happened, they said they didn't know, but were sorry.
We had also asked for a roll a way, we could get it for an extra $15, which wouldn't be so bad, if we didn't have to call 3 times to get it. They were very apologetic, as there was a shift change and they kept forgetting to bring it.
On our return trip, we called when we landed, the front desk said they didn't know where there driver was, because he wasn't answering the radio, but he should be at the pick up spot in 5 minutes and to call if he didn't show up. Well, he wasn't there, so we waited and then waited a bit more and then called, only to get a recording. We tried calling for 20 minutes straight, when we finally got a hold of someone at the hotel, they said it would be another 20 minutes before they could get driver there. Other hotels had vans that had been to the pick up area twice in that amount of time. Once the driver was there he was very friendly and outgoing, but it made us if we were ever going to get back to the hotel.
We ended up paying an extra $40 to have another car there. My advice would be to pay a little extra and go with a more efficient hotel.
