a desent fine motel, nice clean rooms and a very friendly desk lady !! ( forgot her name )
even a good outside pool available. Breakfast however could be better, breakfast in the lobby, a shame ... provide at least a seperate room for this...
but allright for a small price !!

Was awakened at 3:50 AM by the couple next door fighting. I THOUGHT it was a loud tv, but turned out to be them fighting. I could hear every word...paper thin walls a minus for this motel. I did call the desk, and they promptly took care of it, and all was quiet. Unfortunately, if I'm awakened at that time, I'm up. So..I was exhaused on Sunday. Good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. Front desk clerks friendly and helpful. Loved the sausage and boiled egg. Coffee in the lobby at all times. No coffee maker in room, though, so you have to get dressed to go get it in the lobby. There was tons of room on the bathroom countertop, and the desk. They could have fitted a coffee maker in easily. The pool was clean..unlit on Friday night though *shrug* was pretty dark. This might be a small thing, but the fan in the bathroom is connected to the light. Light on...fan on...too loud for me. I wanted to leave the light on with the door ajar for a bit of light, but couldn't. I got this through Priceline, and I'm not sure I'll use them again. I'll pay more money.

This hotel is in a great location for concerts at Greyhound Park, I can walk to the park so I do not have to deal with the traffic after the show. Breakfast is very basic bagels, bread, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, but for the cost of the rooms, I think it is fine. The room was clean and the pool area was kept fairly clean also. Not a lot of noise after the shows as they do have security on the property specifically so that does not happen.

The abbreviated web site descriptions of this motel fail to mention that this establishment does not want pets. And if you show up with a pet, because they are not mentioned anywhere in the blurb, the motel is extremely unfriendly, even if you agree that your pet can stay outside in your car. They make you feel like a criminal and impound (or pretend to impound) your credit card so that a 250 dollar charge can be made on your card if you dare bring your pet into your room.
The motel itself is a sorry affair. One could see it being used as the set for a CIA special rendition site for Arab nasties. Stained carpets, chipped wood, and a vaguely antiseptic smell pervade everywhere. It is clean, no bugs; but that seems to be the minimum bar they set for themselves.
