I have stayed at Bear Creek twice, now, once with my sister and once with my husband, and both visits were wonderful! Beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting. With my sister we stayed in the lodge and DH and I stayed in one of the cabins. The lodge room was small, but very comfortable. Gas fireplace in every room, and there were several little touches that I really appreciated. It seemed like the room was a 'work in progress' as there was beautiful tile and fixtures in the bathroom, new furnishings and bedding but the carpet was a little worn.
The cabin was similar only much larger, with nice overstuffed chairs, and a jacuzzi tub.
There is a nice hot tub outside, a beautiful spot to soak and look out at the view!
The Chef is fantastic. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. It is unfortunate that the restaurant is not open every night.
The property managers were very friendly and helpful. Ready to help us with anything. I would recommend this spot to anyone and I hope to stay there again!!

“Getting engaged at the lodge”
I proposed at Bear Creek Lodge and the staff there helped make it an unforgettable experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The food and suite were also perfect!

“Great Wedding Venue”
I got married at the Bear Creek Lodge in August, 2011 and could not have been happier! The staff made it like I had an additional team of wedding coordinators helping to make sure all went well. The venue was gorgeous. Nothing beats having the entire lodge to yourself. It was wonderful to walk around and just have all my family and friends around me without worrying about impacting other guests.
Having a place for the ceremony, the dinner, and the dancing all in one place made life so easy. And even when the main festivities ended, the owners had put together a bonfire for us in the front area of the lodge. So everyone could stay up late into the night and hang out.
I never knew getting married could be so fun! A huge part of that was because this place made all the difference.

Our family-sized group was a bit large and the staff worked hard to provide good service, which they certainly did. But the prime rib/mash potatoes was at best mediocre. Thankfully, we brought our own wine........

“Wedding at Bear Creek Lodge”
My husband & I got married at Bear Creek Lodge in July. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The scenery & lodge were the perfect setting for our outdoor wedding.
I have food allergies and the chef was more than accommodating. The food was amazing!
We rented the entire property for the weekend and were very pleased with it. It was wonderful to be able to have so many of our family stay at the Lodge. Everyone had good things to say about their experiences and plan to stay there again when they come to visit us in the future.
Belinda was amazing. She did it all with a smile. When it looked like my photographer was not going to show, Belinda found several other options for us and even offered to take photos for us herself.
We could not be happier with our wedding experience at Bear Creek Lodge and will always remember the wonderful experience!
