My wife and I stayed here on our 20th wedding anniversary and have never, and I repeat never, had such a terrible experience with The Knob Hill Inn. The employees had a party in the lounge that was playing loud music until 3:00 am. We called down to the office starting at 11:00 pm to complain and never got anyone to answer the phone. We called several more times and never had anyone answer. When we complained in the morning we were told that a company party for their staff was going on and that they didn't hear the phones. Really? That's the best you got? I found the staff to be anything but friendly and helpful. The rooms are older and need updating as does most of the rest of the place. I would never stay here again.

This place is just gorgeous. Really beautiful building and grounds, perfect location right in town, and gigantic beautifully appointed rooms with luxurious beds, huge bathrooms, and lovely furnishings. This is a luxury property through and through - all the nice little touches, finished off by a huge, delicious breakfast in the morning. We wanted to stay longer!

We actually stayed here a last year, and am hoping to return soon. My husband and I were on a road trip on the motorcycle for a one nighter. Sun Valley is not too far from our home so Knob Hill was our destination. We couldn't have chosen a better place! This Inn is nestled in pure beauty and it's charm only compliments what nature has given us. Our room was very spacious, bed was sooo comfortable and the view from our room was 'A slice of Heaven' The Inn Keepers were very friendly, even upon our late arrival. I wish we could have spent a few more nights, however, I can only say if you find yourself in Sun Valley (Ketchum), Id , this is a charming place to stay!

We would return in a heartbeat. If our lives were not so busy, and family scattered, it would be on our Christmas holiday menu.....loved it.
