We recently stayed at the Chanticleer Inn for the second time. It's been several years since our first amazing visit and the inn was even better this time around. I wish I could give it more than five stars!
From check-in to check-out, the service was top notch. You can tell everyone there cares about your experience at the inn. The employee helping with our check-in wanted to make sure we had dining plans and offered several really good options. They'll even help with reservations at the Fairlyland Club if you're looking for something more formal. Although we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, she walked us through the check-in process, gave us a brief tour and we left our car there while we visited Rock City.
Chanticleer is perfectly located in a picturesque spot atop Lookout Mountain within walking distance to Rock City and a quick ride to Ruby Falls, the Incline and several other popular attractions. Both rooms we've stayed in are elegantly (and comfortably) appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. From the fluffy bath robes, to the in-room Keurig, to the bath salts, to a complimentary DVD library, a relaxing stay is truly at your fingertips.

The inn also boasts a pool, a bocce ball court and a fire pit. The fire pit was new since our last visit and offered the perfect place to enjoy our pumpkin scones with a glass of wine on a crisp, fall evening. This place really is heavenly and I can't wait to go back!More
