“Don't stay here unless the housekeeping is improved”

It appears the housekeeping may need some remediation!! The carpets in the lobby and hallways were very dirty, there was a coating of dust on the furniture, and my wife almost set her makeup kit on a previous guests "body hair". We were completely disgusted! However, the breakfast was delightful,and the employee Jorge, in my wife's words almost redeemed the stay. He was gracious, helpful and kind!!

Dear Guest,

Yes, Housekeeping is improved tenfold. It was one of those moments, where our two Room Attendants went on holiday break couple of weeks ago and new staff was under training. Your comments does not reflect our normal hotel condition or our way of hospitality. Lesson learnt here is, not to put new staff on the floor after a week of training, but have them work with existing best staff and continue to inspect their rooms in detail until they prove themselves of their capabilities. Thank you for your comments and we have changed to better accommodate future guests. Please contact me on your return trip and we will make it right for you.

“Great Tallahassee Location”

Quality Inn & Suites on Apalachee Parkway is a great find. Convenient location to everything. The staff is friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed our stay.

“Last minute stop”

Hi,

I thought I could make it home one night and was too tired to drive so stopped at the hotel and got in right away. The room was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was great. Very quite and clean. The front office, cook and cleaning staff were very pleasant. One of the nicest places I've stayed in Florida. I felt very safe staying alone.

“Homecoming 2011”

Built in the 80s, interior halls, pool is adaquate, WIFI, pretty quiet, workout room, looks renovated in the early 2000s. Rooms are larger than most, facility was very clean, staff helpful, price of $90/night was set 2 months prior, normally $143 night of homecoming as you would expect. 15 minutes to Wescott,

“Busy football weekend made us move hotels but we were very happy.”

We originally had reservations at the Super 8 but due to overbooking they re-routed us to the Quality Inn. We were quite happy and comfortable.
