I am a Hardrock Players Club member and was invited to stay with a friend overnite here. It was such a pleasure to rise in the morning with access to a refridgerator, microwave, and shuttle to the casino. At my age and with hypoglycemia, I really need to eat prior to thinking of anything else in the morning.
The complimentary breakfast was great including cheese eggs and turkey sausage. Offering coffee and tea all day was a plus also. the place is "CLEAN", quite, and very comfortable.The lady in the breakfast room was very nice, helpful, and does an excellent job of keeping the are at an inviting level.
I give the location a "10" in respect to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area!

This is the perfect property for any business or personal stay in the Tampa area. The rooms are clean and like-new, the location is perfect: just 1/2 mile from the intersection of I-4 and I-75 which puts you minutes from all of Tampa, FL State Fairgrounds, Ford Amphitheater, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, 10 minutes to Plant City's famous Strawberry Festival, 30 min to Lakeland and 1 hour to Orlando. If that weren't already enough, the staff is the best you'll find: stay there twice and they've got your name fixed in their memory. GM Kathleen Gadd is very hands-on and her customer service emphasis shows in all the staff's interactions. You WILL have a great stay here, and at a great value too!
