Canceled reservation over 1 month in advance and was STILL charged $50. Total scam.

My husband and I decided to go on a romantic getaway at the last minute. There were so many B&B options to choose from. I'm grateful that we ended up here. Katie and Kal were great! They were warm, friendly and welcoming. The B&B overall is beautiful. We stayed in the Queen Ann's Lace Room. It was very comfortable, cozy and romantic. Breakfast was delicious. The B&B is centrally located and near all the action. We didn't have to use our car once the entire time we were there which is a major plus since parking is extremely limited. Everything was within walking distance. Overall our experience was amazing and I would return to this B&B again and again.

Stayed for our Honeymoon during busy Veteran's Day Weekend (Miranda Room). Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, wonderful breakfasts. Katie was a great host and wouldn't let us leave without a hug goodbye!! Katie also was able to get us reservations to the best restaurant for our special night out!! Great personal touch.

The location is also perfect. I researched all other B&B's in St. Augustine before we went. Walking around the area, we got to see most all of them in person. The Old Powder House Inn lived up to our expectations, and turned out to be in a great location. Not located on one of the busy pedestrian streets, but only a block or so away from everything. All of the convenience, none of the noise or hassle.

The best part of the B&B experience was meeting the other couples at breakfast. We made some friends that will likely last a lifetime. Had such a good time, we are talking about bringing our whole family back soon.

Beautiful, clean, charming, well located. Katie and Kal take excellent care of their guests, from the accomodations to the lovely and delicious homemade gourmet breakfast. Very good value. Try the Floridian restaurant across the street - excellent.
