We booked a 3 BR condo through Resort Quest. There were seven people in our unit. Unfortunately neither couch folded out and the 3rd bedroom had two twin beds. One of our family had to sleep on the couch all week.
The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were no baking pans or baking dishes or mixing bowls. We made due after a call to the desk was basically disrearded.
The location was great-the beach was beautiful-the indoor and out door pool were very nice-the workout room was top notch and we really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub!
The resort was gated and our code did not work-neither did anyone elses. We checked in on Xmas eve and there was no staff on site until the day after Xmas.
The good outweighed the bad but it was not what we were expecting after having rented from Resort Quest previously.
