“Back to Paradise”

Eden continues to be the best overall resort in Perdido Key. We stayed in our favorite unit: East 301. The owners have upgraded to a 60 inch flat screen with blue ray player in the den, and flat screens with DVD's in both bedrooms. Another addition is the wonderful blackout drapes in the master.that let us sleep in. Unit is beautiful and well kept. Had a spa day treat. Massage and facial for $99.00. One day of rain, but it didn't bother the kids, because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor Pool is spectacular with 3 waterfalls. Staff is so helpful and friendly. State park is next door, so this beach is never crowded.

Room Tip: I've only stayed in East 301, but the website provides pictures of all of the units. Just log o...

“Great place on beautiful beach.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 April 2012

The Eden Condos on Perdido Key in Pensacola, FL, offers a lot for the money. For ~$300/night in the middle of spring break we got a beautiful 2 bdrm condo with a full kitchen, 2 baths, nice deck, etc. The property has beautiful pool areas, including and indoor pool and kiddie pool. Best of all it is on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach I have ever seen. There are no restaurants or food service, but Publix is not far and the kitchen made it easy to make dinners and pack lunches for the beach. It felt very safe, and was very quiet for sleeping. It's not in a bustling part of town, but Gulf Shores and Pensacola Beach are only short drives away. It also has a small but nice spa where i rcvd a great massage from Brenda. Highly recommend Perdido Key, and the Eden!

“Eden was Amazing”

We love the beach. Eden is the best place to have that full beach experience. Not crowed semi private beach. W1202 was a really nice large unit. The view was endless. We usually book through Eden directly but found that Tern key Rentals offered a few units at discounted prices so we decided to try it out. we had that same great experience as in previsous years and saved 15% on our stay. We will definately go back to this property.

Room Tip: Go on line and look up the Blue Angels pratice Schedule. IT was a great morning outing and the kids...

“"Our own little tropical Oasis" "W605"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 March 2012

We have been coming to Eden for over 7 years. The Resort has complete unobstructed views front to back of the best sunrises and sunsets. It seperated by about 2 miles both ways from other crowded highrises. The large pool/hot tub with palm trees and tropical flowers everywhere make you feel like your on an island somewhere. I like that the "Shrimp Basket" is right down the road. Our favorite! We stay in W605 when available. The decor is high end, beachy and the condo has a calming atmosphere about it. You can tell the owners take pride in it. It's always a wonderful stay! Added bonuses: Boat dock across street, tennis, basketball, fitness/steam room, spa, snack bar, rec room, common areas to entertain......

Room Tip: W605 is always up to par. King size bed, queen size pullout, 2 twin beds, Washer/dryer def. a bonus...

“Be careful which unit you select”

I've stayed twice at Eden and the experiences varied widely. The first trip was great...4 stars. The second trip we stayed in Unit W600 and it was awful....lots of bugs....worn and shabby and a lot of religious materials laying about. No quality control on the part of the leasing staff. They have a responsibility to let the owners know that outdated finishes and buggy rooms do not inspire people to return.
