There was a bachelor party above us at 2 am and we had to call the sheriff. They were chanting and screaming and I was not walking up there in my undies and leaving my kiddos alone in the room. The management told us the next day that they couldn't do anything other than talk with the occupants because they were the owners. Other than that, our stay was great but that was one long night!

We just returned from Perdido Key were we stayed at Sandy Key condominiums. It was one of the nices condos we have ever rented. It looked new and very well decorated with big comfortable beds. The view of the Gulf was great. There are several large condos to the west of Sandy Key so that part of the beach can get crowded. However, there are mainly beach houses to the east as well as the U.S. National Seashore which provides two miles of unspoiled beach. This alone makes staying at Sandy Key a good idea. The staff was very freindly and helpful. There are no planned activities for guests or special services to help you do things while at Perdido Key. It is not ran as a resort so if you expect that, you may be disappointed. However, if you are looking for a very nice condo on a semi-secluded beach, Sandy Key is for you.

We stayed in a 2 bed/ 2 bath unit and it was wonderful. We had 3 children under the age of 5 with us and the resort was perfect for our needs. The beach was clean and beautiful and the resort has wonderful landscaping. I have stayed in some very expensive places before but this is a top pick for small children. We are going back this summer.

We have stayed here for 3 years. Our condo is beautiful, but all of the condos are individually owned, so it's best to request a "gold" to be assured of an above average stay. This area of Florida is quiet and the beaches are white sand. This part of Florida is not as crowded and more family oriented. The life style is easy and relaxing. There is golf nearby, boat rental and the Blue Angels are awesome. Many good restaurants. This condo is nice and clean, there are heated pools, hot tubs, tennis, video rentals and best of all it is gulf front and on the quiet side. We love it!
