We strolled in late, checked in really quick and found the room nice. A bit dated, but clean. Breakfast was basic but got the day going. Pool was clean and enjoyable.
No complaints about this hotel at all, great value.

I stayed for a couple of days and was very satisfied with my experience at the Red Roof Inn. The staff was very friendly and the room was very tidy and clean. It took no time at all to check in and out. Great, accessible location too (literally right next to I-10). Will definitely be back.
We stayed here 5 nights. It is a very clean place. Right off the interstate and very easy to find. Comfortable beds, the pipes in the wall made a loud knocking sound during the middle of the night on our first night, otherwise we didn't hear them at all.
The shower had excellent water pressure. Only problem with our bathroom was the lock on the door didn't work.
Their continental breakfast had muffins, 3 kinds of cereal, bagels, toast, packages of instant oatmeal and grits, bananas and orange juice/coffee.
There is a computer and printer in the lobby for guest use. They have free wi-fi as well, worked great while we were there. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and in good shape.
We were on the 3rd floor and there was a guest laundry there. Laundry detergent was $1 per load and fabric softener sheet for $1, cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry.
We would recommend this place to others.
Newer Property, so no dank, damp odor as usually found in wet climate areas. I stayed in a Queen room so it is a little tight for two but do able. The showers are nice and the one I stayed in had an adjustable shower head so it pulses-like a message. No Bathtub in these and they have a pocket door. Location is good Pool was small but refreshing. Yet to have comped breakfast. Vending machines and Ice Machines inside and down stairs. Coin laundry if needed along with an elevator. The only defect is or to be fixed is the bathroom sink drain is very slow to empty, I would think housekeeping would have reported, but I had too. The Tv's are older tube type and only have a RCA input FYI. Maybe the King room is bigger unknown. Restaraunts and stores walking distance.
I travel to Pensacola once or twice every month on business, and have stayed in most of the hotels in the area . This hotel is the best bang for the buck. The staff always makes me feel welcome when I arrive. The rooms are always clean and quiet.
They don't have tubs in the bathroom, but the showers are a very unusual "coccoon" style with the best shower heads ever - very refreshing after a long drive. There is a nice pool in the back.
There are several good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Sonny's BBQ, it is located right behind the hotel and you can walk out the back across the lawn to get there. Fabulous food at a great price. There is also a Ruby Tuesdays, and it you want fast food, there is a Hardee's, McDonalds, and Burger King, all within walking distance of the hotel, along with a couple of convenience stores.
Most importantly, this hotel is in a good, safe area of Pensacola. If you've never been to Pensacola, be forewarned that most of the hotel areas away from the beach are not very safe, and are full of transients, drug dealers, and all sorts of crime - definitely stay away from all the hotels on Pensacola Blvd and Cervantes and Mobile Highway! This Red Roof Inn is a hotel you can feel safe in for you and your kids. It is also close to the interstate for easy access.
