We stayed on the 13th floor. Condo was extremely nice! Loved the color scheme, Hardwood floors, 4 poster bed. Elevators were very fast. We can't wait to go back!

My family and I stayed at Seychelles in unit 507 that we rented through Beachside Resorts on VRBO.com. We stayed Fri through Mon of Labor Day weekend 2011.

Since this unit is individually owned, I can't really speak to the cleanliness etc. of the other units at Seychelles. But this one was very nice! The unit was very clean and had a queen master bedroom with built in bunk beds in the hall and a pull out sofa in the living room. It had 2 full baths, one in the master bedroom and one in the hall near the bunks. Our kids are 12 and 13 years old and had no complaints about sleeping on the bunks. Our queen bed was very comfortable as well.

There was a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There was also a clothes washer and dryer in the hall closet along with an ironing board and iron. There were a few chairs and a table on the balcony as well.

The only 2 complaints that we had were the AC didn't seem to keep the place cool enough and it was barely in the 80's outside. And the shower curtain had a bit of mildew on it. Neither of these were so bad that we couldn't deal with it, though. Everything else was very nice.

The unit had a balcony facing the gulf which was very nice because we didn't get to stay on the beach all day because of Tropical Storm Lee. Actually all of the units have gulf facing balconies. We did get to swim some in the pools and hot tub. Since it was raining, the hot tub was not that crowded but I did see it start to fill up at night and when it wasn't raining. The pool is advertised as heated but it sure didn't feel that way to me but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Since we rented from Beachside Resorts, we checked in and checked out at their office down the street and didn't really have any interaction with Seychelles' staff. Actually, I only recall seeing a Seychelles employee once emptying the trash at the pool. We had no issues parking in the parking deck that is attached to the building through a walkway.

Overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

This is the most corrupted staff and place my family has ever encountered. The room was nasty, the staff was rude! Our cars were towed because our parking pass was in our front window shield and not hanging from our review mirror. My daughter’s car was broken into and towed also. The staff was very unhelpful and must have had a shady deal with the towing company because we found out that several cars were towed that day. The security guard even stated that he thought it was fun to watch cars being towed. NEVER will any of Resort Quest properties get any of my money again.

I'm writing this the last night of our vacation. I too feel, it is a three star rental at a five star price. The place could sure use a good cleaning and a maintanance program. First thing that I noticed was the carpet in the bedroom was filthy!!! The tub in the master bath needed a good cleaning too. I'm sure it is hard to keep an area with so much sand clean, but they could have tried a bit better. We too had trouble with water pressure, when we called they told us the city had dug up a water main. That would account for the hours the water was off but not for the other 5 days when the water would slow or stop during our showers. In all fairness, if we called about a problem they did try to fix it (ie. we slept on a king bed that only had a queen flat sheet that would not tuck in so for two mornings we woke up with the bottom sheet down to the bottom of the bed and we were on the mattress.) The young lady that fixed the sheets the third day said they had run out of fitted sheets the day they made up our unit. This is our first trip to PCB and did end up having a nice vacation, just thought this unit would have been on another level, at least according to what we paid for it. Sorry, had to be honest!!!!!
