we stayed here the summer of 2011 and had an awesome time! I have 2 young kids (11 & 9) and was very impressed with the family atmosphere. we were on the 15th floor, we had great views of the ocean and both pools. it was great having the tiki bar right on the beach, great drinks! the condo was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. we ate at pier park every night which was right across the road from the condo. we walked everywhere we went except for the water park. we will be staying here on future vacations.

We stay here each year between Christmas and New Year's--great view of fireworks from the balcony. Our room is always clean. Great location--walking distance to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. We love this winter retreat.

Would highly recommend this condo and location. Large balcony off Living Room and Bedroom, clean and beautifully decorated; Large Master bath and walk in shower. Beach was beautiful. Weather was 70 and sunny! Excellent!!!!

The location of the Calypso is perfect. It is not in the congested area, but there is still plenty to do around. Pier Park within walking distance with restaurants and other shops. There is a little sandwich/pizza shop directly across the Calypso that is convienent for lunch. There is also another beachside restaurant at the pier that we used for lunch. The Calypos has a beach bar that makes it handy to grab a cold drink while at the beach. Parking at the Calypso is across the street and there is a covered walkway that joins it. Beach chairs and an umbrella was included with our rental, and I would highly recommend for anyone to do the same. Our condo was on the 8th floor and it offered great views. We had a great time at the Calypso and would definitely stay there again.
