Ok so I booked our room a month ahead of time. We checked in at midnight the room they put us in first there was no parking they could have told the people with the uhaul and trailer to park in a open lot. So they changed our room. Put is in 1212 and we turned on the heat smelled like something died. So they changed our room again to 16 something it was a handcap room and the bathroom was disgusting! So the nxt night the put us in 969 a little bit better but not so clean. Then we get back to ny and my dad had bed bug bites. Also went to the jacuzzi and it was do hot u thought it was going to burn our skin off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE!!!

Just stayed at the Wyndham Orlando for two days for a conference. We were in Bldg. 13 and our room was a little small but fine. Our room was quiet but I can see why someone would have a problem with noise, especially if their room is near the parking lot. We didn't have the same experience as others with the bugs, moldy rooms etc. Our room was clean and we had a nice view of a lagoon and lots of ducks which my kids loved. I also liked the fact that there was a fridge in the room. The grounds are gorgeous with lagoons, pools, palm trees and tropical foliage. The hot tub was the perfect temp too. Gym was fine and loved the free fruit at the front desk. They had a small playground for the kids too. We only had a salad at the poolside restaurant but it was huge and very good. The only bad thing I can say is that our maid didn't come to clean the room until 3 PM and my kids were taking a nap so I told her forget it. She gave me everything that I needed though so it was no big deal. We would stay again if we were ever in the area.

Stayed with a group of co-workers for a trade show. The rooms were not clean, and the facility is very very old. There is no wireless Internet. The front desk was understaffed. The rooms are very out of date with molded fixtures, dirty carpets.

Hotel is in a good location on I Drive, very nice food and friendly staff in the restaurant at breakfast but that is about it. I moved rooms immediately when I checked in as the room was musty and felt unsafe. The rooms are located in different blocks away from the hotel, it is motel style, the room I moved to felt safer as there was a security door on entering the block you needed a key card to gain access. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anybody.
