Great hotel, great staff, great service. Our stay was unforgetable. We will return next January. Our daugther is missing too much this beautiful hotel!! Thanks for all.

We traveled here for 4 days with 4 adults and a 2yo and stayed on the 4th floor.. The room was clean with a good functional floor plan allowing my 2yo to nap during the day. Also the staff was friendly but had difficulty getting our key activated and halfway through our stay the key stopped working again. We did get pool view room per other recomendations and it was quiet but the walls are thin so we had to talk quietly while our 2yo napped. I was surprised they supplied paper towels for the kitchenette but no dish soap and limited shampoo and no conditioner or lotion.The breakfast were decent and filled you up for the day pool and spa were nice. I was deciding between this and another hotel but decided on this one because of a comment by another guest about a "short walk to Downtown Disney". It is not a short walk to Downtown Disney it is 1 mile away and you have to cross a 6 lane busy road to get there!
I did talk with a mom there who was upset because she was not allowed to take her double stroller on the shuttle bus to disney the shuttle service didn't allow it and the manager was unwilling to give her the umbrella stollers they had there even though another employee had offered them.

from the first time we set foot in the hotel to the time we left, we found the staff to be more than accommodating, friendly and helpful - from the reception staff, kitchen staff to the housekeeping staff. The breakfasts every morning were great with something for everyone. The towels and bins were changed every day in the room, and the bed linens were tidied or changed when required. Having the suite gave us more space than just a room for four of us. We used the kitchen facilities and found we had all the dishes and cutlery etc that we needed. Good base for all the theme parks and shops and restaurants nearby. We definitely want to come back again for our next holiday.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was everything we needed as we had 3 children under the age of 3. Our room was very clean and tidy and the beds are so comfortable. Its only 10 minutes drive away from the disney parks and a short walk to Downtown Disney. The staff are very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning in a few years and would recommend this hotel. We had a great time here
