My hubby and I were at the hotel Jan 2012 for 3 nights. We had a very comfortable stay, and the price for the room was amazing(booked through expedia). I love love that the blankets are washed for every guest! Usually when I go to hotels I bring my own, or I kick off the gross decorative blanket the first change I get. I'm not a germaphobe but that's just good sense to me. So thank you for a very nice clean stay. I had a little issue with the transportation to Universal Studios (our reason for going to Orlando) but the manager was very professional and by the time I got back home to Canada I received a phone call and email from another manager just to clear things up for me :) I would definitely go back! oh yes and FYI Kobé Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is within walking distance (maybe 5min for a slow walker) and the food was amazing!

Recently had my family come into town to visit me , they stayed at the Hampton because of the convenient location. My mom was always raving about how friendly the staff was and how good their housekeeper was. My mom is a big coffee drinker so the 24hr coffee service helped save us a lot of trips to Starbucks. My younger brothers loved the cookies at night one of the employees even saved them a couple the night we stayed out late. I know next time I have friends or family visit they will be staying at the Hampton Lake Buena Vista

One of the nicer Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Very helpful friendly staff. Standard (Hampton Inn) breakfast fare and that fabulous Robust Blend coffee. I always look for Hampton Inns as my first choice because of their standards of comfort and guest accommodation. This one is top notch!

Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room, good amenities. I'm relocating and staff went above and beyond with lots of info on locations and maps, and jobs. It's a quiet and scenic location for an evening walk. Close to several restaurants. Great price. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Business center was adequate.
