Stayed between Christmas and New Years. We were part of a sports team staying at hotel. When we called and asked if we could have a suite, they said there were suites available. When we checked in, I said that we had asked for a suite and she said that was already in the computer. When we got to the room it was a single room with 2 double beds and a twin sleeper sofa. When I went to the desk they said that it was a deluxe room, that's what they considered a suite. Not what we had in mind when we were trying to keep teenage boys and girls separate, but it worked. When we checked in we had a light bulb out in the bathroon and I asked for it to be replaced. We had what appeared to be lint from the sheets on the carpet when we checked in. By the third day we were nearly out of toilet paper. That day, the shower handle came out of the wall. I tried calling the desk several times only to get busy signals. I went to the desk and asked why the room still had lint on the floor from three days earlier(the room had obviously not been vacuumed in three days), why no one had restocked the toilet paper, why the light was still burned out in the bathroom, and that we now needed our shower repaired. Within 20 minutes or so, everything was done. Apparently, the shower handles frequently come out of the walls. Other reviews have also mentioned this. Everything costs extra at this hotel. Parking: $10 a day. Internet: $10 a day. Resort fee: $8 a day. It's far from a resort. It is close to Downtown Disney though. If rooms get much needed updates and parking and internet were free, then it may be a good option. Right now, there are better options.

We were a little disappointed in some of the comments however, your feedback will be reviewed with my team and actions taken to ensure that future guests do not have the same experience. You visited us at an extremely busy holiday period and that should not be used as an excuse. In terms of the added charges, we are reviewing those and will make any necessary adjustments. We will soon embark on a substantial upgrade and facelift to both our rooms and public spaces. We'd love for you to allow us a second opportunity to have you as our guest as I assure you that you'll find our hotel a much better option than others after our upgrade.
