I was coming into town a few days before a conference and picked this because it seemed close to things and had free breakfast...Well, it's the last hotel on the street, cannot walk to anything....They have a free shuttle to downtown disney, the parks and outlets but nothing else. You have to pay for everythign else. The breakfast was less than desirable and I think made us sick. Nice pool, very small basketball court. In summary, it was just ok, but if you have kids, and going to the park, it is economical.

The only reason I give this hotel 4 out of 5 is because of the Customer Service. Every time I approached the desk, it always seemed like I was "bothering" the them. One time the girl stared at the computer screen and didn't even look up to ask me if she could help me. Overall the hotel was great. Carpet was a little dirty/stained. Breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular. We ate biscuits and gravy and my son ate yogurt. We requested a pack and play - it was in the room upon arrival. Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Nice suites, roomy, close to disney world. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from disney at designated times. Breakfast was very good, computer room was free internet searches. Would definitely stay again, good location.

Very glad to have found this hotel in Orlando. Very modern and upscale decor in the lobby and dining area. Hallway looks very clean and neat. Love the computer room with free printing. We had a 1 bedroom suite, very spacious and clean. Breakfast is fantastic with friendly staff constantly refill the food and drinks. The free dinner from Mon-Thur is unbeatable. Even though it's free, they manage to have different menu items every day throughout the month, very impressed. Food quality was mostly good although one night the meatloaf was super salty and almost inedible. The room with the vanity area separated from the bath and toilet is a good idea but it would be better if there is a door to separate that with the bedroom. When the kids are asleep at night I couldn't use the hair dryer in the vanity area as it would wake them up. Other than that, the hotel is excellent with great location and amenitiies. Highly recommended. You won't go wrong with this hotel.
