Rooms are a good size and well furnished. Staff friendly and welcoming. Just be aware of resort tax that you have to pay at end of stay to which we were not made aware of.

Beautiful property. Rooms are great, white bedding cover a nice touch (no tacky beadspread). Kitchenette helped, as we had lots of Giordanos Pizza (15 minute walk) to warm up for leftovers!

Warmest pool I have ever been in.....it was awesome!

Lots of nearby places to eat, Walgreens, shopping, beer store, etc...note that I say this with the caveat that it is coming from people who don't mind to walk....though the walks were not bad. Cab fairs were cheap too. $8 from the hotel to Universal Studios!

Kind of off a bit from the beaten path a block or so, so a great quiet location.

Front desk staff was awesome! Extremely polite and helpful.

Very nice large bathrooms, nice soaps, etc.

My only negative comment, As I have said in other reviews, charging $0.75 per page for printing in the buisiness centre was ridiculously expensive! Wireless in the non public areas (ie, the room) would have been nice....lots of people go online on their smartphones after all.

Would stay again in a hearbeat! We paid approx $110 a night. Can't beat that bang for your buck for a place this nice! Shout out to the great staff....you all are a credit to your company, and should get raises! Seriously. Manager, pay these folks well so they stick around!

We are just back from a wonderful 15 night stay at The Point . We have been to Orlando several times before staying at various hotels on I Drive but booked this on the strength of the reviews on Trip Advisor. We took our 4 month old baby with us and found the room facilities excellent for all our needs. The suite we had was spacious and immaculate , it had a full kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer , cooker microwave and huge fridge freezer , food blender and coffee machine . The little 'extras ' like free coffee and dish and laundry washing powder were great. The bathroom was huge with shower and jacuzzi bath which was a real treat after a day at the parks !!
The point is located just a few blacks back from I Drive and only 10 minutes walk from Wet n Wild , there is a complimentary shuttle to Universal & Disney which is a gr8 bonus ( can be a bit bumpy thou!!) .
Overall we cannot recommend this high enough , the quality of the hotel & service made it worth every penny !

We had a grand one bedroom suite and it could not have been better. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Transfers to the theme parks were useful and well organised but be prepared for some lengthy journeys, as they have to pick up from a lot of other hotels. For sea world, we found it better to use the i-trolley.
