Marlena was our greeter, she was so very pleasant and her customer service was above and beyond! The comfort of the beds and the room was also exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all resturants and attractions. I was so very pleased with the hotel and the service and the location, I will defintely return. The softness of the sheets and towels was definetly a plus.

We stayed here on a whim as our flight was VERY late and we were pleasantly surprised!
My only complaint would be that the bed was pretty hard!
But, the staff was friendly, the hotel clean and comfortable, bathroom large and clean and there was plenty of parking. I was pretty surprised that the breakfast was to cost $9.99 a person. We opted out.

Standard Hilton Garden Inn which means an upscale veneer over Motel 6 construction: the walls may be thin but the bed comfortable. The doors may be plastic but the TV is HD. Don't be surprised to awake at 6 AM to the sound of a guest in the room next door tinkling in the toilet as I did here. You can always turn up the volume on the HD TV to cover the noise.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service generally competent and friendly, the wifi works well and the price is reasonable. Given a choice, I'd recommend a Hyatt Place or a Marriott Residence but this is OK.

I was traveling to Tampa on business and all Tampa area hotels were full. I found this hotel after searching for hotels near the airport with availability. The hotel is very nice. The Staff was very friendly. I arrived before normal check in time. They apologized for not having a room ready. They offered me water and a snack while the room was cleaned. (I really didn’t expect this.) The room was clean and nice. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (across the parking lot). I would stay here again.
