This was our second stay at this hotel while visiting relatives in Oldsmar. The breakfast is one of the best - lots of healthy choices including eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. The suites with kitchen have everything one needs. The high speed internet in the room worked fine. We asked for a quiet room and got the quietest room we've ever experienced in a hotel. Staff was cheerful and helpful. (No, I don't work work for the hotel!)

I stayed 4 days while my husband was hospitalized in Safety Harbor. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and spotless, with a nice little kitchen area, full size fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and hot top. Even had a basic set of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and a dishwasher. It was my home away from home, and conveniently located to the hospital, stores, and restaurants, yet there was a nice neighborhood right behind the hotel for a pleasant walk every morning after the free, full breakfast. There were even free evening meals available, although I did not try them. Whatever your reason for travel, this makes the stay well worth it!

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Residence Inn Oldsmar, FL. This is in north Tampa Bay. It is close to a retirement home which we were visiting. The area around the hotel is developing. The hot breakfast was great. The hotel was new and well maintained. Although it is close to a major road the room was quiet. We will stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn at Oldsmar. The one bedroom suite was not exactly large, but it was a decent size. The beds and pull-out sofa were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice feature with a full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop.

We ate breakfast in the clubroom everyday and found the food to be plentiful, filling and good (especially the waffles).

There is no business center, but instead there is one computer in the clubhouse area and the printer is behind the front desk, so the staff must retrieve your printouts. There is good internet access in the rooms (wired).

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. Complimentary detergent (boxes of Tide) can be obtained from the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

On the down-side,
...the bathroom is inside of the bedroom
...most of the pillows were hard (we had only two soft pillows)
...the staff routinely did not leave enough towels and washcloths
...no concierge (so have your plan together before you get there)

There are plenty of chain restaurants nearby - Applebee's (in the same parking lot), Friday's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, etc.

There are a Super Wal-Mart and a Super Target very close by as well.

This was a good home base for us as we visited Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island, International Mall, etc. None of these were close, but we were pretty much equi-distant from them all (30-40 minutes).

Nice, clean hotel. I would recommend this location for families and business travelers.
