We stayed for one night while on our way to our Florida destination. While there, I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. We were not sure what to do with our miniature poodle, and mentioned that to the night manager, Felix Pollock. Without hesitation, he personally took care of our very nervous poodle. On our return, we found our poodle, Mishka being given tender loving care by Felix. It was so very heartwarming to be reassured regarding her care. She does not take kindly to being away from us. However, Felix won her heart. This incident I am sure was an unusual one, and Felix without hesitation stepped up to the plate. On our return to our room, he again mention that if there was anything else he could do, we only needed to ask. The following morning we were informed by the day manager that we could stay as late as we needed beyond the posted checkout time. We did sleep in and needed a bit more time.
This Inn and its staff gets a 10 out of 10 for their response.We will never forget their kindness, and will tell our story to anyone, especially fellow travellers who may need a place to stay on their journeys. Thank you Felix from the bottom of our hearts, and Mishkas too.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to south Florida. This was the best Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed in. The price is good, breakfast was very good, grounds well kept and friendly staff!
I could have done without the dryer sheets on the A/C unit just blowing in the breeze. Gave the room a somewhat peculiar smell, but we had a pet and this was probably a pet friendly room. We found it very convenient to I-75 and a great place to stay if you're traveling with pets!

Stayed in this Red Roof Inn on our annual trip from NYC to the west coast of Florida. We would stay at this facility again- but read on. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and seemed to be dog lovers. The room and common areas were very clean.

We had two problems. We reserved a King Size Suite.(which happened to come with a jacuzzi). A reason one may reserve a suite is so two different activities can go on simultaneously in different rooms. This "suite" was basically a large king size room with a sink, very small love seat and jacuzzi. One online dictionary defines suite as: "A series of connected rooms used as a living unit." i guess this Red Roof Inn & SUITES didn't get the memo. The interesting thing about this is that the night before we stayed in a Red Roof Inn in Fayetteville NC. There Suite there was exactly as we expected at exactly (two small rooms) at the same price....

The other problem was with the internet connection in our room. It was non-existent. The staff tried diligently to get us online but failed. It seems that the WiFi router covering our room was having a problem. We had no problem moving into the lobby and using our laptops there.

I would stay here again based upon cleanliness, staff attitude and convenience. Just need to be careful of room descriptions and definitions vs. pricing.

Friendly bright service and exceptionally clean room - smartly decorated and comfy, and everything was in great shape, more on a par with Hampton or Fairfield - highly recommend!
