We chose this hotel because it was the only one that did NOT accept pets. We are in a kennel. I went to complain and was told "oh no we don't accept pets unless they are service animals". The girl lied to my face because the next night I walk in the lobby as she tells the people checking in with a mangy mutt that oh yes we don't mind dogs. There is even a sign in the lobby that says no pets!!!! All I got for my complaint was a stupid "I'm sorry". I happen to love dogs but not everybody cares for their animals properly. I don't want to sleep in my dogs bed and I certainly don't want to sleep in a bed your dog slept in!!!! I always have stayed at Hampton Inns. NEVER again. They lie & don't treat their customers with respect. Steer clear if you don't want to stay in a smelly dog kennel

This was our first stop on our road trip from Atlanta to Key West. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bed, and the pillows especially, was very comfortable so much that we took a note of the pillow supplier!
Breakfast was good and prepared us for the next day's drive

Stayed one night on our drive to Disney, and were quite impressed. This is a big, modern, shiny hotel. A great example of what a Hampton Inn can be. Breakfast was very nice, and so was our bed and our room. There was road noise due to where we stayed in the hotel and its proximity to the highway. I picked it due to its TA reviews, and can also recommend it.

We went to Ocala for the weekend and we were really impressed with this hotel:must have been recently renovated, the rooms were nice and big,and breakfast had pretty much what you can ask for.Very convenient, right off the highway and Cracker Barrel is right across the bridge.We will definetively go back.
