Stayed in the "new" North Villa with boat slip. Beautiful decorations and all new appliances.
A lucky find for our brief stay in the Venice area. Wonderfull beaches and great food everywhere.
Tekla and Robert are the nicest host we have meet in our vacation / work travels.

While the accommodations can't be beat what makes The Beachcomber a wonderful place to stay is Tekla and Robert. We felt like we were staying with friends. From arranging a late check-in for us as we visited family in Tampa on the drive down, to the handwritten welcome note, to the fresh flowers, to the cookies in the fridge, to the helpful advice, they truly care about their guests. We really enjoyed our stay, and out of the all the places we stayed during our three week Florida Keys vacation, this was our favorite and we can't wait to come back! I can honestly say I don't think I've ever stayed in a cleaner, more organized place. We kept saying the rest of the trip that we wished we were back on Casey Key. Thank you Tekla and Robert, we are looking forward to seeing you again and finding out if Robert bought a Jeep!

We stayed in unit #7 at the Beachcomber for a few days and had an absolutely great time. What can you say, clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, a fully equipped kitchen and best of all, it's right on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We got a bunch of shark teeth and some nice shells. It was fun watching the gulls and pelicans diving for fish and we even saw a dolphin going after fish in shallow water. The view from the apartment is amazing and the sound of the waves is relaxing day and night. The owners, Tekla and Robert made us feel at home the minute we got there, thank you both. We'll be back.
