algae covered pool told it was safe thanks, mold in room,rude staff.,no owner or manager on site complain to, drugs in plain site, handy man said "he would never stay in a dump like that on vacation" little children running around unsupervised, changed amt I signed for on bank card! had to change cards when got home. I could go on but just stay away!!!!!

We booked 7 days in this hotel and were not sure as to how long we needed it for exactly. We were told that we may check out at anytime and be given a refund for what ever days we haven't used. We stayed for two days and were horrified by bugs in the bathroom along with a major split in the bathtub. We tried getting a different room and were told "NO". We than told the lady at the desk we would like our refund and that we will go to another hotel, She told us "Ok", She had us sign our paper work for checkout and declined us our refund. We then told her to give us our money that was never used and she told us no and that she was calling the police to have us taken off the property. Declined us a manager or supervisor. We have not been able to contact any managers so far and lost $304.26 They robbed us. I'm sure the lady at the front desk will enjoy buying drugs with the money she kept. I have lived in Pasco county for 20 years. This hotel is located in drug central, This area is by far the highest in crime, We just didn't think the hotel was a thief to.... If you enjoy being surrounded by drugs crime and filth then I'd recommend this hotel to you!!!

The lock was broken on the door. The carpet was torn away from the door. The room stunk of stale smoke. I was traveling solo with my dog. This hotel was unsafe and seedy. When I asked to be moved, they said they couldn't move me. I told them I would be leaving and they charged me for the day, even though I was only there one hour. ( I thought maybe I could talk myself into feeling comfortable.) They said I had to sign out within 30 minutes to get a refund. Of course, that was after they had already charged my credit card.

We relocated to Holiday fl. Our house was supposed to be ready for us, but after arriving we found out it would be a week before we could get in. We called around to several motels and found River Side to have the best price for a week stay. We enjoyed the time. the pool was great, the staff was nice and helpfull. Since then we have recommended it to family and friends who are in the area for a visit.
