It was my girlfreinds birthday and I decided on this hotel because of its pool. The large jacuzzi was wonder and my girlfriend took many pictures in it and around the beautiful landscaping. The front desk clerk Rachna was very friendly and helpful. We slept like babies and if it wasnt for work and our kids at home we would have stayed a week. We will be back for sure.

The room was clean, despite it being a smoking/pet room. King bed was comfortable. Room service was great, even on New Year's Eve. Staff was phenomenal! My only complaint is the placement of the pet room...it was near the ice dispenser in the middle of the row of rooms, which meant every time my dog heard a guest going to get ice, she was on alert. But, it is the same at several southern Quality Inns. I think they should put pet rooms on the ends of the rows. Nevertheless, the stay was enjoyable and well worth the cost.

Halls & walkways were dirty, room was musty smelling with dirty carpet and worn-out bedding.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to stay at Quality Inn & Suites in New Port Richey because it was close to my brother's house whom I was visiting. Upon arrival the staff in the front desk was very friendly. The room was just perfect., it was clean, very comfortable and looked good. There were numerous stores and places to eat nearby. I'm glad I chose this hotel. Will definitely recommend it and stay here again.
