Recent stay of 12 days , late August and Early september was again without.. complaints..Room was clean and refreshed each day.

The restaurant offers excellent food at very reasonable prices.
For example: One night I had the 10oz sirloin with fresh baked loaf of bread and home made soup plus a salad and the steak was of high quality and delicious ; As was the rest of the dinner.Had most of my meals right there at the Hotel and was pleased each time.. the entertainment is, I think 2 or 3 nights a week and draws a good crowd of locals enjoying the music, karaoke and dancing.

They have business room with access to dsl pc at no cost to the guests...

The staff is pleasant and very helpful ..

Can't ask for any better all around accommodation in new Port Richey florida. Well worth the price and then some.

We frequent the hotel and their Restaurant ,TRIO`S. Some friends came to visit and stayed at the hotel. They enjoyed their meal at the restaurant as we all did, and couldn`t believe the great entertainment they had in the lounge. We try to go for dinner 2 or 3 times a month, then go into the lounge and dance it off. We enjoy Trio`s restaurant because it`s cozy and serene, the food is good and reasonably priced. The hotel has a nice clientele that visits there.

We have visited this hotel three years in a row. We will not be visiting. Maintenance, especially in the pool area, was sadly lacking. The hot tub had a green color that was quite obvious. The same pool garbage was there for two days. The laundry area garbage was also not removed or the trash littering the parking lot. This was a great hotel now heading downhill.

There were cigarette burns in the bedspread and blanket in a non-smoking room. Hair on bathroom floor and in drawers. Coffee carafe was so cruddy you couldn't use it and the filter holder as well. The garbage cans outside were overflowing. Empty pop cans in planters outdoors. The grounds were unkept. We were there 3 nights and it was close to the place we needed to be at. I had read the reviews and thought it might not be as bad as reported, but it really could have been cleaner and neater.
