An extremely nice, upscale hotel. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and updated. One of the nicer Hiltons. Gold status got us turn-down service which after spending the past 8 days cruising was the perfect end to a vacation. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning with great selections of foods.
If there was one strange thing about this hotel - the lobby is on the 25th floor and to get to the sleeping rooms, you need to take another set of elevators.

We booked this hotel online and got an amazing price! We flew from Canada to Miami and due to flight problems we arrived almost 7 hours later than we expected. My friend and her family checked in ahead of myself and son. When we got to the desk we were told that because they were sold out we were upgraded to a Premium Suite and given our keys. Oh my heavens what a room!!!!! We were given a 2 bedroom apartment compete with full kitchen, living room, 2 four piece bathrooms and balcony. It was so awesome I didnt even want to go on our scheduled tours but would rather remain in the room.

Prior to going on this trip we were in contact with Alejandro, concierge with Conrad Hilton, who went over and above what we asked to arrange 2 day tours, transportation and helped with plans prior and post trip. We went on a cruise and then returned for one night and were treated with the same respect as those who stayed a week. When we returned we were given a 'regular' room which was once again very sufficient and plenty of space for the two of us.

The bathrooms in this property are huge and the beds are very nice sized. The rooms provide robes and slippers for each guest. The workout room provide a wide array of machines plus snacks and warms towels.

The hotel is a bit away from Bayside but a free Metromover is across the street which takes you to Bayside and a few places to shop and places to walk around.

The pool area was awesome and we found it more than sufficient for a few nights stay. I cant say enough about this location!

Stayed at the Conrad during the Miami marathon (late January 2012). If you are staying downtown, this is a good choice. I've stayed at other hotels in the downtown/financial district areas and this was the best. Parking is expensive, but we were largely able to park at a meter on the street. Just know that street parking is metered from 7 am until midnight 7 days/week and you can only buy 3-hours at a time (about $5.00). Because we weren't at the hotel much, that was fine. If you are leaving your car in the hotel area for a long time, then it makes sense to pay $26 for 24-hours in the self-parking structure. Breakfast was included in my rate (hilton honors gold). Otherwise, it would have been $60 for the two of us each morning. The buffet was very good and clean, but not sure I would have paid $60 for it. Wireless in the room wasn't the best, but it was okay in the lobby. They also have 2 computers for use with free printing in the lobby. Had a glass of wine one evening in the bar -- also very expensive. The next night we walked next door to a brewery and had drinks for 1/2 the price. The rooms were very clean (though the bedroom was small) and well kept. The lobby was in great shape and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I recommend this hotel for an upscale stay in downtown Miami.

Being a HiltonHonors gold member I opted for this hotel and took my wife and 3 year old son. Would not do this again. Pool area ok , breakfast buffet very good and most of the staff very friendly. Especially the older african american staff. Friendly, professional and top service. Latin and caucasian staff not that good. Not being racial, as I am half latin half caucasian. I loved the lady behind the egg baking stand. What a lovely lady, she has an intrinsic client service attitude and is amazing with eggs and kids. Valet organised well. Thusfar a top experience, but then the most important element, the room: not good, small, not very clean, no outdoors/balcony, kind of worn and not clean, dark, and smelling moist. Toddler bed reasonable though. Had a 5 day reservation later that week but went to the Epic, #1 inMiami. Also not epic btw. but better than the Conrad.
