The rooms were comfortable and I appreciated the microwave and the fridge in the "balcony" rooms. (The non balcony rooms do not have a microwave or fridge). The beds were comfortable and a little bigger than a standard Marriott bed. There was a fair amount of noise (kids screaming up and down the hall) right around 10 pm but generally quiet. The staff didn't seem to care too much if there was noise though

....if you are trying to combine, comfort, location, and value. It is close enough to good shopping, great dining, the airport and highways. Rooms are big, clean, and the king bed is superb for a tired traveler. Strongly recommended...

My husband, son 13 and I traveld to Miami a day ahead to board the Norwegian Epic. I picked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Dolphin Outlet Mall. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm and were checked in immediately. The hotel is clean and inviting. Our room was beautiful! Very nice beds. Lots of room for the 3 of us. My son liked the pull out sofa. The bathroom makes you feel like you are in a spa with nice toiletries provided. The staff is very nice and friendly. We wallked across the parking lot to the PF Chang's and shopping. The Dolphin Mall is huge. My husband said we needed a day just to be able to see all of the mall. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. They even had a live band playing. http://www.shopdolphinmall.com/ If you are a fan of the discount chain Ross, you won't be disappointed with the one at the mall. It has a great selection. There are also other stores such as Coach, Versace, Sony for electronics. The hotel loby has two computers for you to use for free. The lobby also has a beautiful aquarium. We didn't eat there for breakfast as we ate at the mall since it was sooo convenient. Very nice pool with towels provided. Nice fitness room with updated equipment.The only downfall is that there is no shuttle available except within a 5 mile radius around the hotel. You don't need a shuttle to the mall as it is right across the parking lot. It cost us $60. to get to the port the next day and $30 from the airport which is a bit pricey for transportation. Overall, we still don't regret staying at this location. We'd like to go back and visit at another time and stay longer to enjoy the things we missed! Thanks and Happy New Year to all the staff!

My mom, daughter and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in April 2011. We arrived at the hotel at approx. 10:30am after returning from a cruise, and given that our room was not yet ready, we were offered a larger room, normally reserved for those with mobility issues, at no extra cost. The room was clean and very spacious, with two queen size beds and a very large washroom. Front desk Staff were very friendly and willing to answer any question. Free internet service is available near the lobby. We did not eat in the restaurant, as we spent most of our time at the Dolphin Mall, which is a minute's walk from the hotel. The pool area, although rather small, was clean and a nice place to relax after a long day shopping, if you don't mind the aircraft constantly flying overhead. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel.
