My family and I rented from "Lions Luxury Villas" in Aug. of 2003. I remember one of the reasons we were excited about the house was because the description mentioned being able to see Disney's fireworks from the pool at night. We had problems with them from the beginning! First of all they gave us incorrect directions, and we had to find the home without them. When we finally arrived at the house after an 18 hour drive to Florida we were expecting to walk into a cool and comfortable home. Turns out that the Air Conditioning was broken down. We called Ash who told us that he couldn't get anyone to come repair it until the following day.Uncomfortable with the heat and impatient we called someone to repair it on our own and Lions Luxury Villas agreed to reimburse the cost. We had one bedroom more than we expected however, the rooms were in mediocre condition, there was no cable, and the the tools provided by the "fully stocked kitchen" were in repulsive condition!! We had to buy our own kitchen supplies! I won't even mention how terrible the towels and linens were. We called about a broken closet door and they actually came to "repair" it but not a few hours after they left the door was hanging from its hinges again! After the closet incident we tried contacting them a few times for other things but they never answered or they would just hang up. They shut off the lights to the pool about 3 days before we were scheduled to leave and the pool was never cleaned so we had to stop using it days before we left anyway. The water became cloudy and the floor/walls of the pool were slimey. The grill had to be cleaned before we used it because it was left FILTHY! A jacuzzi that was in the long list ammenities as well as by the pool was completely useless because it never had any water in it. We never got our security deposit back nor the reimbursement for the air conditioning repairs. And did I forget to mention..that not ONCE did we see even a spark from Disney's fireworks!
After that being our first vacation home renting experience, somehow my family and I were brave enough to rent another home 2 years later...from a different company of course! It exceeded our expectations by a long shot. And I know I can honestly speak for the rest of my family and myself when I say that Lions Luxury Villas provided the WORST immaginable service EVER! Don't let these deceitful people ruin your vacation. They just rob you of your hard earned money!! If you make use of any of my information let it be this...DO NOT RENT from THEM!!
