Never again stay away!!

This resort is a fantastic place to stay if you plan on coming to Orlando. The rooms are nice and the staff are very friendly. The bar and grill to my surprise had some fantastic food and the bartenders were very friendly. The water park was neat and there are other pools if you wanted a quiet place to relax instead. The music all week was great and the dj on Friday was a blast! Me and my wife didn't expect much for how cheap it was but liki tiki definitely impressed

We stayed at the Liki tiki in January and found a constant streem of ants all over our kitchen counter even though we did no cooking or did not leave any food out on the counters .We also have killed two large ROACHES running across the master bedroom floor other than the bug infestation the place seems ok but you will be asked daily by phone calls to tour there place for the timeshare sales pitch.My recomendation is do not stay there.

I booked this fabulous hotel less than a day before we arrived as our original arrangements fel through. There was a family of five (four adults and one toddler) and we are very comfortable in the one bedroom condo which was COMPLETELY equipped with everything we would need including blender, pots, pans, baking dished, and anything we might need to cook in the condo.

They charge a resort fee of about $7 a day which I though was reasonable considering how much they have. I spent an entire day using the amenities: fishing, mini golf, shuffleboard, paddle boats, covered bikes and a children’s water park. It was also really nice to have heated pools we could swim in even when it was only in the 70s most days. And the pools are open till midnight so I could go for a late swim after dinner and drinks.

The staff was helpful and friendly and checking in and out was fast, they also let us have an extra hour to check out wich put it at 11 (10 am is already reasonable I think).

If I had to say there was any issues it would be that room service didn’t visit at all. If we needed towels(they encourage you to launder them in your in-condo washer/dryer) or pillows or a tidy up or even more paper products we had to request them. It wasn’t difficult, but hotels seem to do that on their own for the most part so that might be the only down side.

This was a great time and worth every penny of the reasonable price. I would stay here again.
