After reading the reviews i was a bit undecided . But took a chance .I like to read the good with the bad and compare the percentages .I notice some of the negatives were a little dated .We booked this property on Booking.com and got a non refundable 49 dollar rate. I was pleasantly surprised, our room was a double queen,micro wave ,fridge, 32 in flat screen. the room was very clean and had plenty of space.And a large bathroom.The room came with full breakfast ,which is not extensive but did give families on the way to the parks a good head start. Also received 2 for 1 drink coupons at the pool cabana.The staff was very nice and attentive.All in all a very good experience for this Comfort Suites. Highly recommend this location.thumbs up.

The pool is supposedly heated to 80 degrees, but was way too cold to get in just about every day, despite outside temperatures in the 80's. i have been to Florida in January before, where the outside temperature was in the 60's and was able to swim in other hotels with pools heated warmly.

I have stayed at the Comfort Suites in January 2012. Well located if you are spending some times at Disney. Remember that you need to rent a car if you are traveling in this area. The rooms are spacious. Staff is nice and polite,
Breakfast (complimentary) is not up to my expectation ( really poor and too many people not enough seats. Once again it is complimentary so I won't complain too much about it. Parking lot is free.
It is a nice place for a short stay. I have received an email from the GM after checked out offering 25% discount for my next stay. I will come back again

Hotel was nicely located close to Disney shops and places to eat. Michelle the host at the Cabana Bar was awesome and provided superior service! The shuttle to the parks was nice too and a great breakfast all at an incredible value! If I had a complaint it would only be one...the small square pillows. I guess it is standard now, but I like a big fluffily pillow :)
